Local Government Information

Government and Community Relations is the primary liaison with local government officials in Los Angeles County and in the City of Pasadena. We work closely with the City Council and staff on policies, projects, and ordinances that may impact the Caltech community at large. Additionally, the Office works with City staff on campus construction projects as outlined in Caltech's Master Plan, a city ordinance setting forth the rules and guidelines for development on the campus.
